2. Service-Based Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of engineering and industrial services, completed services are generally non-refundable.
However, UNSA ENGINEERING may review refund or adjustment requests if:

Agreed-upon deliverables were not fulfilled,

A documented error directly resulting from UNSA ENGINEERING’s actions has occurred.
All concerns must be reported within 14 days from the date of service completion.
3. Material and Equipment Returns
Materials or equipment supplied by UNSA ENGINEERING may be eligible for return or replacement if:

Manufacturing defects are identified.
